Disposable filling bell in assemblies are designed for single-use applications and provide the benefits of labor and cost saving. Avoid assembly, cleaning, sterilization and validation of reusable filling bells and the hazard associated with glass filling bells.
Cellon’s filling bell is manufactured from medical grade USP Class VI Polycarbonate (PC) and is free of animal derived components (ADCF). The filling bell was developed specifically for use in the biotech / biopharma applications. It is both gamma radiation stable and autoclavable.
The filling bell’s are manufactured under ISO13485:2003 and ISO 9000:2000 in a cleanroom facility that is in compliant with BSENISO14644 which is monitored for particulate and bioburden in accordance with this standard and meets the requirements for a class 8 (100,000) clean room.
Manufacture of filling bell assemblies and final packaging, is carried out within an ISO 14644-1 Class 7 cleanroom facility operated under ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 quality systems

Packaging: Choose units per inner pack, number of inner packs per over pack, etc.
Irradiation: if specified, typical dose in 25-40 KGy.
